We do not charge delivery fees for orders over 400 AED. Orders under 400 AED will be subject to a delivery fee of 40 AED.
All orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM cannot be guaranteed by the shipping company to be delivered the next day.
Kindly note that under warm and humid conditions, white flowers may naturally develop a faint yellow hue over time.
Please note that all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.If you have any concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to help.
A order can be canceled within 12 hours if it's not already packed or shipped. Cancellation should be done by email. After this period items can be returned per the return policy.
Your order and payment confirmation will be set to the email you provided at checkout. Please check your junk folder in your email if you can't find the confirmation email. In case you can't find the email in your junk folder please contact us by email, and we will provide a new order confirmation. Mark the email with your order no.
All bouquets from Bloom Art is tied by hands. During seasons with special occasions Longer delivery times may occur. Customers will be informed by our team.
If you receive any damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer.
Items returned damaged will not be accepted if not reported.
All our flowers is made with high quality materials, and is developed with our partners.Bloom Art gives 6 month warranty on all our artificial flowers provided care instruction have been complied with.
If any flowers is out of stock, we will notify you that your order will be delayed. In this case you can either cancel your order, or we will send you an alternative replacement flower to be used instead.
